Kids Programs

The absolute best program for our kids that Develops Unshakable Self Confidence, Builds Stronger, Healthier Bodies, Builds A Rock-Solid Self Image, Develops Laser-Like Focus & Listening Skills, Instills Consistent Self Discipline, Provides Structure & Set Clear Limits while teaching our kids to be Leaders for life.

Taekwondo
  • The best martial arts program for those looking to build not only physical strength and confidence, but also mental strength and confidence! Self-defense and combat skills will be developed, along with values such as self-esteem and respect for others and themselves.
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu
  • A ground-fighting martial art that makes use of body leverage and weight distribution for impenetrable self-defense skills against any size opponent or threat. This program offers intense exercises through drills that utilize submission holds, grappling and many other techniques that promote a strong physique and mental confidence.

AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM

Atlasi Martial Arts Academy provides after-school care for children of all ages. We provide a safe, consistent, and fun option for kids! The program includes a balance between down time, Taekwondo training, and lots of games.

Schedule: 2:30PM – 3:15PM Pick up from school.
3:15PM – 4:00PM After School Taekwondo
4:00PM – 6:00PM Homework/Game Room
6:00PM Parent pick up

 

Adult Programs

  • Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu
    • A ground-fighting martial art that makes use of body leverage and weight distribution for impenetrable self-defense skills against any size opponent or threat. This program offers intense exercises through drills that utilize submission holds, grappling and many other techniques that promote a strong physique and mental confidence.
  • Kick Boxing
    • A standing combat martial art incorporating a series of kicks, punches and other striking techniques. Perfect for individuals looking for a competitive and/or recreational fitness regime, while simultaneously developing fierce self-defense skills and muscle-tone!
  • Taekwondo/Self Defense
    • A martial art that forms a disciplined body, mind and spirit. Curriculum is built around a balanced regime of exercise and technique to develop your mental and physical strength through any situation. Self-confidence and useful life-long values are also taught throughout this program to help create the best version of yourself on and off the mat!
